As part of my field ed at Harvard Divinity School, I’m working with the Unitarian Universalist Commit2Respond campaign and the UU College of Social Justice to develop a climate justice workshop for young adults.
We’re calling it GROW Climate Justice, the Grounded & Resilient Organizers’ Workshop. I’ve pulled together some of my old friends and allies to facilitate 5 days of trainings, exercises and dialogue about what young UU's can bring to the climate justice movement.

Commit2Respond is a coalition of Unitarian Universalists and other people of faith and conscience working for climate justice. Launched at the People's Climate March in New York City on September 21, 2014, Commit2Respond unites our many diverse efforts for climate justice. We recognize the central role inequality plays in the current crisis. Marginalized communities—low-income, people of color, Native, and/or non-industrialized—are often the first to experience the effects of climate change and environmental degradation.
